The Harrah’s Casino to Caesar’s Palace transition project is movin’ on up… The last progress update we provided came before the deep foundation system was complete; they have now reached seven stories. Eustis Engineering is currently conducting concrete, grout, and mortar testing of concrete structural elements. We are also performing reinforcing steel, structural steel, welding, and post-tension inspections.
