On Friday, March 8th, Eustis Engineering hosted a food & beverage tent at the ABC Pelican Spring Golf Tournament Pelican Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors. While gray clouds loomed overhead, we still managed to have a half-day full of good food, good camaraderie, and good golf. We served up fried crab balls with remoulade, ribeye bites, and grilled shrimp. Not even the downpour that sent us packing early put a damper on our day of networking with industry professionals.
