Winner winner crawfish dinner! Eustis Engineering signed up to have a team at the 16th Annual St. Matthew’s Men’s Club Crawfish Cookoff. The event is a fundraiser to support the students who attend St. Matthew’s, which we were thrilled to do. As a bonus, Eustis Engineering took home 2nd place at the 16th Annual St. Matthew’s Men’s Club Crawfish Cookoff. Hats off to our team of chefs: Tevin Crawford, Tennant Duckworth, P.E., Chad Held, and Timmy Holleman.
